Integration and Alignment
The initial phase of the acquisition will focus on seamlessly transitioning SQRL’s operations, systems, and personnel over to the GasHub management. This process will ensure alignment of strategic objectives, harmonization of corporate cultures, and stability for our investors.
Terms
GasHub will take over the entire portfolio of gas stations and c-stores that SQRL has under management. GasHub will assume all revenues and expenses including rent.
Market Expansion and Partnerships
With a fresh business strategy and new partnerships, GasHub will leverage their extensive industry relationships to open the closed stores rapidly as well as bring operational excellence to the customers. SQRL will also make available their industry relationships where advantageous to expedite the transition.
